CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel/reschedule,I Ask for a 24hr notice. Appointments cancelled less than 24hr notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service. NO SHOW: Clients who fail to show for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to pay deposit to book future appointments. LATE POLICY: If you are running late please notify me as soon as possible. Arriving 15 minutes late may require your service to be modified, rescheduled, or canceled to respect the appointments of other quests. ADJUSTMENT POLICY: I want you to love your hair. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss an adjustment if appropriate.
